Located at 323 S Canal Street, Suite A at South San Francisco CA94080, the Advantage San Francisco Airport office is open from 5.00 am to midnight, every day of the week. During those hours the team can be contacted on tel +1 800 777 5500. Customers with a reservation should take Blue Train, one of the free AirTrains that link the terminals, BART train station and the Rental Car Center, then proceed to the ground level of the Rental Car Center, when they arrive. Taking the exit, they should turn left and head to the Shuttle Pickup Area. Advantage shuttles run every 25 minutes until 11.45 pm.

Advantage also has offices at other airport locations, for example at San Diego and LAX. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at no extra charge in the State of California. But they do need to have the same qualifications as the main driver, have a valid ID and credit card.

Early or after-hour returns are permitted from 5.00 am onwards. Young drivers (aged 21 to 24) pay an underage driver's fee for each day of the rental contract.

The Advantage fleet at San Francisco International Airport includes the Toyota Yaris and RAV4, Nissan Versa, Kia Forte and Kia Sekonda.

If customers need to cancel, they should do so at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled booking. A $50.00 administration fee applies in that instance. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled booking can mean a customer is charged the entire rental amount for the period booked, so it's important to be sure of a cancellation and to inform the Advantage San Francisco Airport office as soon as possible.
